BASE INGREDIENTS
1 cup desiccated coconut
1 cup roasted almonds or cashews (or ½ cup roasted nuts and ½ cup of any type of puffs (rice, buckwheat or millet) or ½ cup crushed rice cakes)
2 Tbsp almond butter or tahini
10 medjool dates, seeds removed
3 Tbsp cacao powder
1-2 Tbsp maple syrup
1 Tbsp melted coconut oil
Pinch of salt
Optional add in: ½ Tbsp Foraged For You Mother’s Blend Powder
PINK LAYER
1 ½ cups cashews
¼ - ⅓ cup maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup melted coconut oil
½ - 1 Tbsp Foraged For You Mother’s Blend Powder
¾ cup tinned coconut milk
CHOC TOPPING
120g dark chocolate
2 Tbsp coconut oil
Desiccated coconut to sprinkle on top
