Choc Tahini Honey Slice – For Hormone & Gut Support

This Chocolate Tahini Slice is more than just a treat, it’s packed with ingredients that support both gut health and hormonal balance. The base includes Nourished Blends Gut Food, a powerful blend of prebiotics, polyphenols, and postbiotics designed to soothe, repair, and nourish the gut lining, while feeding a healthy, diverse microbiome. And when your gut is supported, your hormones are too, because a thriving gut helps with hormone detoxification, nutrient absorption, and inflammation control.

I’ve paired it with tahini filling (rich in zinc, healthy fats, calcium, and hormone-supporting lignans), raw honey (a gentle prebiotic and blood sugar-friendly sweetener), and coated it in dark chocolate (full of magnesium and antioxidants to support your nervous system and reduce stress - both key for hormonal health).

This slice is gut-friendly, hormone supportive, and seriously delicious. Here’s what you need to make it ❤️
