Strawberry Milk (dairy free)
Say hello to this dreamy homemade strawberry milk. It’s creamy, dairy-free, and naturally sweetened. I’ve added two scoops of collagen for a little protein boost (hello, stable blood sugar 👋), and when blended, it makes the milk so light and frothy. Collagen also supports healthy hair, skin, and nails, and can be soothing for the gut. I’ve also added some liquid minerals to support hydration, energy, nervous system function, and restful sleep. Adding both of these in is optional, but it’s such an easy way to sneak in a little extra nourishment.
This strawberry milk is super simple, nourishing, and ready in just minutes. It’s perfect for both adults and little ones 💗
