3 Ingredient Strawberry Soft Serve Ice Cream

This strawberry soft serve ice cream is incredibly easy to make and comes together in under 5 minutes. Simply blend frozen fruit (my personal favourites are strawberries or mango), Cell Squared's certified organic grass-fed whey powder (this is the secret ingredient that makes it so light, creamy, and fluffy), and a touch of pure maple syrup for some sweetness. The result is a delicious, protein packed treat with the dreamiest soft serve texture.

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a food processor (or Thermomix). Secure the lid and blend until the frozen berries have broken down into an almost powder-like consistency.

  2. Scrape down the sides of the bowl, then blend again until the mixture is completely smooth, creamy, and fluffy. After about a minute of blending, you'll notice it becoming lighter in colour and increasing in volume.

  3. Scoop into bowls and enjoy immediately while it's thick, creamy, and ice-cold.

  4. You can also scoop it into a container and place it back into the freezer for an hour. Scoop into bowls and enjoy.
